Weight Tolerance : Plus Minus 3 %
For a stable printing, we recommend you to use with
170 GSM paper.
Product specification of 170 GSM paper is as under :

Nominal Gum Coat : 8 gsm
Nominal Caliper : 210 microns
Moisture Content : In equilibrium with 55-60% RH
Base Paper : Specially formulated twinwire paper
Release Time : Less than 30 seconds
Open Time : In excess of one hour
Individual reams are wrapped in a special moisture
resistant packaging to maintain sheet humidity and
curl in its original state. The quantity of sheets per

Blank Decal papers are very susceptible to moisture
and for this reason need careful handling.
We offer the following information and advice for best
print results.
STORAGE
If the paper has been stored or transported in a much
higher or lower temperature than that of the print room,
It is recommended that paper is left in the print room
seven days prior to opening the packets.
Please Use the oldest packets first.
When papers are not going to be used immediately,
Then they should be stored on in a cool, dry place.
The temperature should be 15 ~ 18 C Degree
( 59 ~ 65 F Degree ) with a humidity of 55 ~ 65 % R.H.
Always acclimatize paper to room temperature before
opening wrapper. Recommended temperature for print
room is around 20 C Degree.
Pre-condition paper by passing through wicket driers or
litho press if humidity of printing room is outside
recommended range of 55 ~ 60 % R.H.
To avoid any deformations ( Extension or Shrinkage ),
You can hang the unprinted decal paper in your printing
room for about 48 hours before you start a printing,
and or, can do a pre-runing unprinted decal paper
through your wicket driers before a printing.
After a first colour printing, we recommend you to dry
it in a nature temperature for about 12 hours and or,
dry it through a drying tunnel for about 40 minutes,
and start second colour printing.
* Release transfers in clean warm water.
* Be sure to change the water frequently.
* Ensure transfers are well rubbed down with
a squeegee so that air or water bubbles are expelled.
* Wipe away any excess gum.
* Allow to dry before firing.
