and strict procedures throughout every stage of the
production process from
raw materials testing to final product delivery.
We recognize the value of time to our clients. We are
therefore committed to
deliver our products on schedule in order to smoothen the

Like any other commodity traded in the international
market, the price of
BOPP film is subject to changing market conditions. We
offer highly
competitive prices to keep our lead in the market and to
satisfy all of our
customers. We are able to do this by increasing production
efficiency and
producing at a low cost.
We, then, succeeded to renew the international ISO9002
quality standard
certificate from BVQI in June 2000, which reconfirmed our
conformability to
the standard quality.

Due to the above market strategies ,the company has
succeeded in fully
utilizing its existing capacity and in expanding production
to serve the
demand of its customers domestically and aboard. We have
expanded its BOPP
film capacity by an additional 18,000 mt in 1998. The
additional capacity
enables the company to produce BOPP films with 8.3 meters
wide at a speed of
300 meters per minute. Currently ,the company is among the
5 largest
producers and exporters in the world.
We continued to develop new product and endeavour to be the
market leader in
plastic film production. The followings are samples of the
company high
value products :
White Film for high barrier and premium packaging.
Opaque Pearlized Film for ice cream ,
Chocolates ,Cookies ,etc.
Matt Finished Film for food packaging with a classic look ,
for lamination ,
for hospital tape (inscribable) , and for office
stationery , etc.
High Speed Cigarette Film for cigarette wrap suitable for
high - speed
machine wrap at 600 packs per minute.
High Bonding/ Low Heatseal Metallized CPP/BOPP film for
better aluminium
bonding and sealing with the use of high - speed machines.
High Speed BOPP Co - Ex Film for high - speed wrapping
machines in Europe ,
United States , and Australia
Colored Film for gift wrap and fancy tapes which is popular
in Western
Europe , India , and United States.
In order to serve increasing demand in worldwide of 6% per
year, the Company
is planning to increase new capacity of BOPP Film for
another 27,000
tons/year with 8.3 meters wide line at a speed 400 meters
per minute
(mechanical speed) and 350 meters per minute (operational
speed), which is
expected to start commercial run by early 2003 and maintain
our position as
one of the world's leading manufacturers and exporters of
BOPP Film.
KEY SUCESS FACTORS
1. The company produces various High - End Product Types,
e.g - High Speed Cigarette Film, High Bonding Low Heatseal
Metallizod
CPP/BOPP Film, Opaque Pearlized Film, Matt Finished Film,
Thin Film for Tape
Application and others. the present market share of
specilty film and
commodity film is 30 : 70. The company targets to expand
the proportion of
specialty film and commodity film to reach 50 : 50 by the
year 2003.
2. The company produces more than 15 types of BOPP Film,
Polyester Film,
CPP Film, Metallized Film, Color Film and Specialty Film as
mentioned in
no.1 above. Thus following the concept of One Stop;
